Hope Kids
Children’s Ministry
Welcome to Worshipful Play, where our church’s children’s ministry creates a sacred space for young hearts to connect with God. Through calming rituals, interactive storytelling, and creative responses, children learn to prepare for worship and experience God’s love in a nurturing environment. Each session ends with a joyful blessing, reinforcing the sense of community and divine care.
Taleshia Moss is our children’s director and can answer any questions you might have about Hope Kids. Please be sure to let her know if you would like to volunteer in our children’s ministry!
NexGen Parents Needed for 2026
Hope Community Church is forming a Next Generation Committee, and we would love for you to consider being part of it. The Next Generation Committee exists to align the discipleship and development of children, middle school, and high school students with the mission and culture of Hope Community Church. This team will help ensure that ministry leaders, parents, and church leadership collaborate to create a unified pathway of spiritual growth from childhood through young adulthood.
We are seeking parents who can partner with our Children’s, Middle School, and High School Directors to help us:
Offer insight and feedback on ministry direction, events, activities, and discipleship opportunities.
Serve as a bridge between ministry leaders and other parents—strengthening communication, building trust, and fostering a shared sense of community.
Why We Are Establishing This Committee:
To prevent ministry silos and ensure continuity between age levels.
To reflect our church’s commitment to holistic family ministry.
To include vital parental insight and support in ministry planning.
If interested, please reach out to the appropriate ministry to volunteer or for more information on joining the NexGen Committee.

Values
Gospel Centered - Jesus is the center of all we do and teach, we want kids to see the great adventure that a life with Jesus truly is.
Authentic Relationships - We want to create a place where real friendships can grow and kids know they are cared for.
Memorable Experiences - Kids should look forward to Sunday mornings and tell stories of the awesome things that happened each week!
Joy and Laughter - When kids laugh it breaks down walls and opens up opportunity for trust to form. Life with Jesus is joyful and we want them to see that joy in all we do.
